Meringues

See Pavlova recipe

simply spoon individual blobs onto the baking sheet
make sure they are the same size and twirl them to a point using a skewer
cook for an hour and leave to dry out in the oven over night
decorate to taste - my taste is whipped cream sandwich after dipping the tips in melted chocolate!
