Chocolate Brownies

  • preheat oven to 180C
  • 250g butter
  • 500g caster sugar
  • 100g cocoa powder
  • 4 eggs - beaten
  • 100g self-raising flour

  1. melt bcc in microwave, stirring and allow to cool slightly
  2. stir in beaten eggs
  3. fold in flour and pour in greased / lined tin for 35 mins approx
  4. aim for firm but fudgy
